1. What should I do if I can’t connect to WiFi ?

If the connection fails, please long press the “Reset” button for about 5 seconds, when the LED turns red and flashes quickly, you need to reconfigure the network connection, or try to scan the QR code to add a dog camera.Note: It is a WiFi wireless pet camera, but it is not wireless and needs to be connected to a power source to work!

2. I have a dual wifi router, how can I use it ?

VStarcam home indoor wifi camera only supports 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi and is not compatible with 5Ghz WiFi. If it only broadcasts 1 signal, you need to go to Wi-Fi Manager to first create a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi signal, select it and enter the password.

3. How to share the dog camera with my family ?

First let your family sign up for a new account, pay attention to register with a new email account.Go to settings, choose “Device Sharing”, then enter the device password, click to generate the QR code.Open the app, select the device type, then scan the QR code.

4. Why does my pet camera move on its own at night?

Note: The indoor security puppy camera will automatically detect once at night, please don’t worry, this is the camera’s self-protection networking function to prevent network disconnection.

5. Does the indoor camera support Micro SD cards ?

Yes, this pet camera supports up to 256GB of Micro SD card storage. Micro SD card is not included in the package.
