This camera package is a great value. Everything in the kit was as described except the junky tripod. THE TRIPOD IS TRASH. It broke after 3 uses. The tripod might be ok to support a phone, but not a full-sized camera.
It works well and I can go easy mode and have the camera do it for me so I just have to look at framing, or I can get much greater control of aperture, shutter speed, and flash. Needs a ttl flash but definitely worth the peice.
50mm 1.8 add-on lens produces nice bokeh and can also get a decent wide shot.
